We understand our tenants, guests & Landlords needs and requirements. We always aim to give a better than hotel experience in the comfort of a home. We constantly review our performance to ensure client satisfaction. We will take all the stress out of running your short stay/ holiday lets. You can be reassured your property is in good hands and will be maintained to the highest standard.
You have two options:
We Rent from You Option
Let your property to us from 1 to 5 years.
This means we will sometimes improve the property to meet our guests demands. We will maintain your property during the contract period
T&C’s apply. Often we will hand back your property in a better condition due to high standard and cleanliness / maintenance for the duration of the contract.
No management fee or agency commission or voids - we will be your tenant.
​We Manage Your Property Option
We act as your Managing Agents for 20% (plus VAT) of rentals received.

Our In House Maintenance team enables us to take call outs quickly and efficiently

Linen is professionally laundered for consistent high standards and you have a set price per stay.

We have an in house photographer who has an eye for detail.
at an additional cost we can prepare and set up the property ready for your first guests. We organise beds, wardrobes, sofas, soft furnishings etc.
